Biodynamic Taste of Place Event

The Demeter Biodynamic® Trade Association hosted a “Taste of Place” event yesterday in Portland, OR — a fun and engaging opportunity for people to try some Demeter certified Biodynamic foods and wines and learn more about what biodynamics entails. Following the tasting, participants received a crash course in Biodynamics 101 from Dave Bos of Grgich Hills Estates, an overview of “living wine” from Mark Beaman of Mendocino Wine Co., and insights into the medicinal use of Biodynamic herbal supplements from Marza Miller of Flower Essence Services (FES).

The wonderful food was prepared by Farm to Fork Restaurant.
